I will never fully understand why people make people pay money for little things like CoverArt or Wallpapers for OC's.
HTML Designes make sense to cost money, but is CoverArt and Wallpapers %100 necessary?

If you're a musician, chances are you need cover art when you release an album, EP, or whatever. OC Wallpapers, honestly, I wouldn't expect too many people to commission.

Well your spot on with the fact that albums usually need cover art. But your missing my point.
Things like CoverArt and wallpapers shouldn't need commission. I've done Covers and Custom wallpapers for many people. And i've never charged someone for it.

And that's fine. It's your choice to not charge for album art, and it's mine to do the opposite. I am gonna remove wallpapers for OCs though, that isn't making much sense on my own review.
